Every territory gets 1 Founding Verified Coach and 2 Verified slots. After that, the area closes and new applicants go on a waitlist. If a coach lapses or loses Verified status, the slot reopens to the waitlist.
A held Founding position can still be open to a takeover offer — negotiated directly, not listed. And to be straight with you: we sell position, not promised lead volume. The platform is young; the coaches who join now are the ones the territory math will favor later.
