Two things move your golf: the swing and the body that makes it.
I coach both, and I connect them. Everything runs through one method — see it, explain it, find the cause, change one thing, test it, reassess. No stock tips.
Find the miss. Fix the cause.
I’m a serious student and coach of the swing — I read strike and ball flight, work backward to the most likely cause, and make the one change that matters most right now. I’m not going to rebuild everything because a video told me to.
Driver, irons, hybrids, and the short-game fundamentals. Whatever club is giving you trouble, we start with what the ball is telling us.

Your body has to support the swing.
If you can’t rotate over a stable base, no swing tip builds a real turn. Long before golf, I spent several years as a former certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I bring that back to the range: strength, rotation, mobility, balance, cardio, power, and the grip and forearm capacity that quietly cost you speed.
So when we hit a position your body doesn’t easily produce yet, we have three honest options: change the swing, build the physical capacity, or find a movement that fits the body you have right now. No forcing you into an imaginary perfect swing.
Strength · mobility · cardio · recovery →Important: this is fitness coaching and education — not medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or treatment. If you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition, see a qualified professional first.
I don’t want to rebuild your swing before I understand it.
- Watch you hit — no rebuild, no lecture.
- Identify your typical miss.
- Look at strike and ball flight.
- Find the one highest-leverage issue.
- Explain it in plain English.
- Make one meaningful change.
- Test it against real shots.
- Decide together what comes next.
