Golf Warm-Up System — TORRGLEN Recovery Series

What should a golf warm-up actually look like?

Your warm-up shouldn't be two toe-touches and a prayer. Five minutes, in order: ankle rocks → hip rotations with a club across your hips → thoracic turns with a club across your shoulders → shoulder circles or band work → slow, progressive practice swings.

Dynamic beats long static holds before golf. Save the deep stretching for after. Move first, then swing — your first tee ball will thank you.

Education, not medical advice. Jesse is a former certified personal trainer and nutritionist — not a physician or physical therapist. If something hurts repeatedly, or is getting worse, that is a reason to get evaluated by a professional, not a reason to buy another tool.
