Hands · Wrists · Elbows — TORRGLEN Recovery Series

How do you protect your hands, wrists and elbows from golf volume?

Every swing you make runs through your hands. Grip pressure, impact shock, hundreds of reps — the forearms, wrists, and elbows quietly absorb it all, and they're usually the first place high volume shows up.

Protect them like the equipment they are: build grip and forearm strength, ramp volume gradually instead of doubling it overnight, and take discomfort in a tendon seriously — early. Nagging pain that keeps coming back isn't a toughness test; that's your cue for No. 22 below.

Education, not medical advice. Jesse is a former certified personal trainer and nutritionist — not a physician or physical therapist. If something hurts repeatedly, or is getting worse, that is a reason to get evaluated by a professional, not a reason to buy another tool.
